Where we practice
Morales Law Firm sits at 151 W. Bonita Ave in San Dimas, in the middle of the corridor where the 57, the 210 and the 10 all meet. That location is not an accident. It puts the office within a short drive of the intersections and freeway merges where most of our clients are hurt, and it means the attorney handling your file knows the roads, the hospitals, the body shops and the courthouses involved in your case.
Below are the communities we serve most often. Click your city for local detail on where collisions happen there, which court your case would likely be filed in, and how the claim process works. If your city is not on the list, that does not mean we cannot help — we accept personal injury cases across California.
The city where a crash happens shapes the case more than most people expect. It decides which police agency writes the report, which hospital records we chase, and which county’s jury pool would eventually hear the case. A claim from a wreck on the 10 in Pomona and one from a wreck four miles east in Montclair land in two different county court systems, with different timelines and different settlement postures from the same insurance carrier. That is why we build these cases locally rather than from a script.
What we handle in every one of these cities
The city changes. The work does not. In each of the communities above we take on the full range of personal injury matters:
Cases outside these cities
These sixteen cities are simply where we appear most often. Morales Law Firm is licensed throughout California and regularly handles matters filed in Los Angeles County, San Bernardino County, Orange County and Riverside County. If you were injured somewhere else in the state, call us anyway. We will look at the facts and tell you plainly whether we are the right firm for your case, and if we are not, we will point you toward someone who is.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to come to your San Dimas office?
No. We handle most cases by phone, text, email and video, and we can come to your home or the hospital if you are not able to travel. The office on W. Bonita Ave is always open to you if you would rather meet in person, but nothing about your case requires it.
My accident happened outside these cities. Can you still take my case?
Yes. These are the communities we serve most often because they are closest to the office, but Morales Law Firm accepts personal injury cases throughout California. If your collision happened in another county, call us and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right firm for it.
Does it matter which city I file in?
It can. Venue is generally proper where the crash happened or where the defendant lives, and Los Angeles County, San Bernardino County and Orange County courts move at different speeds and draw different jury pools. Choosing among them is a strategic decision, and it is one we make with you rather than by default.
How much does it cost to talk to an attorney?
Nothing. The consultation is free, there are no upfront fees, and we are paid only out of the recovery if we win. If we do not recover money for you, you owe us no attorney’s fee.
